New Abbot of Lerins (France)

We gratefully announce to the Lord that on January 31, 2026, under the presidency of the Abbot General, the community of Lérins and all the superiors of the Congregation of the Immaculate Conception elected Dom Jean-Marie GERVAIS (1960) as the new Abbot of Notre-Dame de Lérins and the new President of the Congregation. He has served for many years as Prior of Sénanque and is currently Prior and Bursar of Lérins.
